ERROR ArduinoUSBLinker (SK Bootloader) #24

ddd I have connected my ESC to a 12V 1A power supply. Then I have connected Ground to the Ground pin of the Arduino and the SIGNAL pin to the pin 2 of the Arduino UNO. Then I've selected the AMTEL SK BOOTLOADER in the menu and cklicked connecting but then I received this error message. What should I do or is my ESC fried because It's getting a little bit warm.

EDIT: It's a EMAX BLHeli 20A BEC 5V LIPO 2S-4S ESC with OneShot125 support.

Wrong interface selection. The Log shows Arduino UNO is flashed as Arduino USBLInker.
