Popout data panel menu bar #9

The menu bar on the popped out data panel should be removed or hidden.

Menu bar is now used to host the "Trees" drop-down selection element. As it is now useful I believe this should be closed.

This would only be the menu bar in the tabular data panel. Currently it only contains the "Generate Forest" button. When popped out, this button will not work correctly. It could be fixed but the easiest solution would be to hide or disable it when the panel is popped out.

Just tested this and actually the same can be said about the trees menu in the confusion matrix panel now as well.

This was an issue we ran into while testing it on Thursday night. When both window panes were popped out the buttons did not work. The buttons also did not function after the windows were popped back in.
