nginx:proxy:start and `network` name issue #205

Seems to try and start container twice I think, causing a conflict with the container name.

Also https://github.com/4AllDigital/DruDockCli/blob/master/src/Command/Nginx/NginxProxyStartCommand.php#L86

and

https://github.com/4AllDigital/DruDockCli/blob/master/src/Command/Nginx/NginxProxyStartCommand.php#L69

should be the same network name
