Feature/edit url title utub description

[GPropersi]

• Adds error messages for adding/editing UTub names/descriptions
• Uses a custom text box for input to adding/editing UTub names/descriptions
• Removes CORS since using a monolithic application
• Forces autorefresh after 1 hr to refresh CSRF token to prevent expired token errors, since CSRF token expires after 1 hour
• Adds test for expired CSRF token to verify when it expires
