Indicate to the user if they are able to manipulate the URL in a UTub in some way.
As refresh, only the creator of a UTub or the adder of a URL can edit/delete a URL or the URL Title.
This symbol would indicate to a non-UTub creator whether they can manipulate the URL.
Open to debate whether the symbol should also be shown to UTub creators.
