Main changes:

Created a menu bar
Added the Disco effect
Added profile saving and loading (GUI only)
Added the loading of a profile at app startup
- Needs to be named default.json and placed on the same directory the app is on
Added Christmas effect

Other:

Added a popup when panicking with GUI
Fixed effect descriptions on CLI
