PACS Tool - File not found exception #62

java.io.FileNotFoundException: Images could not be loaded: (Series:1.3.6.1.4.1.14519.5.2.1.4320.5030.248552508121514040263344871813)

The store-tcs file cannot be found for the fetch command. Removing this argument in pacstool solves. the problem
