GE ARCHIVE PACS - not accepting GETSCU #63

While GE ARCHIVE PACS is allowing FINDSCU queries, it gives "connection refused" when performing GETSCU. Likely configuration issue. Checking with GE contact to fix.

For the COPD-staging Project, client, "Bram", prefers to limit to using an intermediate OSIRIX PACS with Riqea. Groups of studies will be pulled from the GE PACS to the Osirix PACS using existing tool: PACScrawler. Then Riqea will query against this intermediate PACS.
