Unfortunately this was just a repository for keeping track of problems with a tool we used internally. We are in the process of packaging it but it had quite a few project and local network specific requirements that would make it difficult to use elsewhere. I'd recommend looking more closely at 3D Slicer and itksnap

However, as far as I know,I found that ITK-SNAP has no function for PET/CT, including co-registration and fusion, could you give me more details or some demo repo?
