Probably requires making a new AbstractEffect like done for ThresholdEffect (https://github.com/Slicer/Slicer/blob/b53695a15853410046f3e0e98c9f48e96a7e8ae4/Modules/Loadable/Segmentations/EditorEffects/Python/SegmentEditorThresholdEffect.py)
