Some of the patients have the wrong PET images and incorrect rescaling, these need to be identified and rerun

Idea is to create a notebook which runs against the pacscrawler api and loads the completion list from wp2 and checks all "Invalid Data" entries and set the "Retry" column to "true" if e.g. missing PET or missing CT can be found.
