fix CRIS project base path #323

Description

By default, bitstreams of CRIS projects in DS-CRIS 5 are stored under project.file.path = ${dspace.dir}/rg-files, but the migration script asumes pj-filesas the base directory.

Thanks for your contribution @saschaszott but this fix is no longer needed since the code has already been fixed with https://github.com/4Science/DSpace/commit/2b5346926528758abeb855afd63c4a6022aacda2
