Port "identifiers during submission" to DSpace CRIS 7 angular

This PR is the UI component of the port of functionality that displays the handle / DOI / other identifiers that are minted for the item, for the subbmitter's reference.

Please let me know if I should be opening the PR against a different branch for merging into DSpace CRIS 7 working code.

Description

A new submission section component does simple display of identifier information based on the section data populated by the DSpace API ShowIdentifiersStep class.

This component was contributed by The Library Code with the support of Technische Universität Hamburg.

Instructions for Reviewers

• Add a new item (right now, the step is just configured for publication form)
• Check that the handle is displayed in the first section accordion
• If DOIs are enabled, check that the DOI is displayed in the first section accordion

thanks @kshepherd for this PR. Before starting the review, I'd ask if you think to open the same PR also for DSpace 7, If so we can close this one this will be part of DSpace-CRIS too when we'll align with the base DSpace 7 code
