Describe the bug

Researchers and Organizations cannot use the Export function. Version：cris-2023.02.03 ; DSpace 7.6.1 web browser：chrome ; Firefox

To Reproduce

User log in.
Go to Researchers (img1) or Organizations (img2), and use the Export function.
Click on any export type in Export, an error message will appear: "There are no items to export with the selected configuration". (img3) Please refer to the attached images.

Expected behavior Data should be exported successfully.
