Extend mirror function to support mirroring of RAO about yz plane #37

Sometimes you only have the RAO defined in the first quadrant (i.e., [0, 90) degrees). Then, it will be useful to be able to mirror the RAO twise (first about the yz plane, and then about the xz plane).

This feature is now implemented, and will be included in the next release.
