This PR is related to user story ESS-2278

Description

Changes:

Update pythonversion
Lock numpy
Handle deprecation warnings

Deprecation warnings that have been handled:

Added pyarrow-dependency do to this warning: Pyarrow will become a required dependency of pandas in the next major release of pandas (pandas 3.0)
Trapz -> trapezoid (just change of name, same functionality)
