use_old_joint_name is not required anymore (#236)
introduces a new argument tricycle_mode in which only the back wheel is actuated

we still need to adjust cob_omnidrive_controller accordingly...thus WIP

we need to merge this before unity-robotics/unity_robots#18 can succeed Travis
