[travis] xacro test #279

there was no xacro check in this repo also ref https://github.com/mojin-robotics/cob4/issues/1399

problem with these checks is that most xacro files only define macros but not use them....thus, they are not "rolled out" - which is why things like #287 are not detected still, this is an improvement, thus merging...
