Adds gazebo plugin for the realsense with more freedom and controls.

Makes depth in melodic gazebo available.
Separates sensors in rgb, depth, and infra.

needs https://github.com/pal-robotics/realsense_gazebo_plugin installed

we'll host this sensor in our own repositories in order to not introduce any breaking changes
