README fixes: last_modified update triggers, archived/archived_on fields missing #73

Adds info about other triggers for last_modified field updates which were missing (post edits, thread setting changes) in Catalog.md, Indexes.md and Threadlist.md. Info taken from #45.

Comment if you think the information could be integrated better.

Also adds back archived, archived_on fields to README (did not want to close this PR and create two new ones on new branches).

This is a bit confusing. It might be better to change the last_modified description to something more generic, like how it's done in Catalog.md. You could add etc... at the end if you want. That attribute is mostly just to give a hint for archivers when a thread should be pulled again.
