Remove win32 clipboard flag which ocasionally results in mis-paste from the system clipboard

Courtesy of the discord members, one method of reliably reproducing a bug before this fix is to copy something in 4coder, then copy from an external app then re-paste in 4coder, the pasted content will be the content from the original copy from within 4coder
