Allow to translates some links from home page #275

I add some constant to map link with translate function

I launch npm run write-translations to make an update of i18/en/code.json file (this file will be translated)

all is explained in https://docusaurus.io/fr/docs/i18n/tutorial

ps: I see that code json file has not been updated since this change
