Add coordinate reference system? #26

Do we want to add a description of how to report a COORDINATE system for cell, subcell, extracell. and mapping

This would replace the following sentence that was in cell description

"The header should note the coordinate system used for the cell x/y/z centroid."

It looks to me that, if we decide to do so, it should appear only in the mapping table, which has all the boundaries and other morphological information. The subcell, cell and extracell tables have only properties associated with an ROI (e.g. cell cycle state).
