Changelog:

Add a new folder for storing FontAwesome v6 icons
- Add a couple of icons for not facets
Update BrowseView code to not duplicate facets for omitted terms
Some 4DN-specific styling for not facets
Attach beta release of SPC (will update to new release before merging)

Deployment Notes:

This is NOT CURRENTLY DEPLOYED. I tried to get it up on hotseat, but was unable to get the ES check working for whatever reason. Should be deploy-ready, though.
