on file_processed file_type for multi contact MC-HiC
on experiment_type added more general FISH assay_subclass short instead of RNA and DNA FISH to support the upcoming experiment_type grouping

I am curious - How will the grouping show up in the drop-down menu on the experiment-sets page? Will it have a single term FISH under which DNA-FISH and RNA-FISH options will be present or just FISH?
