- Pypairix produces warnings instead of errors for an empty query return. (e.g. chrname doesn't exist, chr order flipped, chrpair doesn't exist...)
- 1D queries for 2D indexed files are now allowed (both pairix/pypairix): *|c:s-e or c:s-e|*
- To accommodate the 1D queries, iterator structure has changed to sequential_iter_t (which wraps an array of iterator).
- Now region file(s) can be taken as arguments for pairix (optionally, instead of query strings themselves).
Added Warning instead of Errors when query returns nothing (pypairix). Added new functions (pairix, pypairix) for retrieving column indices.
