renamed pairix module to pypairix; cleaned up a lot of function names in pairixmodule.c. Adjusted setup.py and changed test comments for release 0.0.5. Soo changed readme, I made several small changes too.

TESTED ON OSX AND ORCHESTRA FOR PYTHON 2.7 and 3
