Implementations and various changes #31

In this pull request, I've made a few changes that could improve the plugin, I've added a /hub command feature which could be useful for many server owners that are based on the server teleportations, so each server is basically and hub and the implementation will send the player to the first available one. Also, I've made a new object to make our life a lot easier! It is TomlFile by creating a new instance it will automatically create a new file at a path with the specified name! Also some other small changes yeah 💯

These look like good changes, but they are outside the focus of AuthmeVelocity, it can be implemented via a plugin that uses the AuthmeVelocity API. Thanks for your pull request anyway!
