Only 20 proteins and 20 peptides loaded in PRIDE Inspector when my experiment contains many more #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open identification of experiment 11679 (attached)
2. open the proteins or peptide tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Only 20 peptides/proteins loaded in the corresponding tab. Some 
NullPointerExceptions do show in the log panel at the bottom right of the 
screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.0.1
MacOS 10.6.5

This is due to miss matching spectrum id referenced by peptide. It is now been 
fixed and will be available in the next release.
