Testssl seems to fail on --overwrite

when running scan.py with -y/--overwrite testssl seems to fail with json output with the following output

10.10.10.8: tls: 4444: 10.10.10.8: testssl: [1;35mFatal error: non-empty 
"/logs/recon/10.10.10.8/services/tls,tcp,4444,10.10.10.8,testssl.json" 
exists. Either use "--append" or (re)move it[m

This is just an example port, as it happens on all ssl/tls enabled ports
