Create command file based on config #88

It would be great if we could compile a file that contains the commands to be run by recon based on the provided xml file(s). While the -n/--dryrun options creates a command.csv file it requires post processing before it can be used to run commands from it. Having a command file ready would just ease the process.

This might be necessary if we want to run scans in environments, were running recon it self is not possible or available.
