EPG entries twice #203

Describe the bug I only use one EPG source. If I change and save settings, EPG entries appear twice afterwards. After restarting iptvnator it's back to normal. In the Mint forum others reported that the problem also occurs when using multiple EPG sources and a restart does not help there.

Rewrote some of the code related to this bug, will need more testing. In any case, this will be fixed in the next release.
