VLC and MPV not detected #322

Describe the bug Player cannot find VLC or MPV players

To Reproduce

  1. Go to settings.
  2. Select VLC or MPV Player.
  3. Set the path to the VLC or MPV Player (e.g.: c:\mpv.exe, c:\\mpv.exe or c:/mpv.exe ).
  4. Try playing any channel.
  5. A popup with an error message appears, stating "Cannot find MPV," even when VLC is selected.

Expected behavior Watch the channels on the selected Player.

Same for me on Ubuntu 22.04, with or without full path to executable set
