Playlist load/search performance regression #325

Description There is a notable slowdown during loading/searching through a larger playlist in comparison with the previous 0.14 version.

Environment

Additional context The regression is possibly caused by the update of the playlist parser or by improvements in fetching EPG data.

I'm using version 0.15.0 appimage, and I'm having the same problem. Absurdly slow to load the lists, at certain times it even seems like the program freezes when trying to load the lists. I use the lists from iptv-org - GitHub, in version 14, iptvnator loads the lists at much higher speeds. Linux Debian 12 amd64, intel i7 lga 1155 12gb ram.
