Firebase setup #18

Changes:

  1. Removed all Prisma and PostgreSQL related config files, modules, and code.
  2. Setup Firebase config files and code.
  3. Created a new env file.
  4. Updated README with documentation.
  5. I created a GET request to test that Firebase setup works correctly.

Connection with Firestore is working as shown below (database to the left, express app to the top right, and "/items" request to the bottom right):
