Support NextJS 15 as peer dependency #135

Adds support for NextJS 15, as was done in #106 to add support for NextJS 14. Fixes #134.

Hi @mikewheaton! Thanks for this. However I was doing some testing locally with next 15 and some tests failed. I need to investigate further before confirming compatibility with next 15.

Next 15 support added in next-plausible@3.12.3.
