Remove support for custom domains #92

Plausible has discontinued support for them in favor of the proxy method.

This would prevent the use of self-hosted Plausible deployments which relies on setting customDomain.

Hi thanks! I will not implement this for now then. I’ll reopen in the future if self hosted no longer needs it.
