Add dependencies to *.deb when packaging with CPACK on Unix #136

Set CPACK_DEBIAN_PACKAGE_SHLIBDEPS ON so I can automate installing dependencies in a Docker container with "DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive apt-get -y install ./scantailor-advanced-1.0.16-Linux.deb"
