A feature I personally like which silhouettes ScanTailor Universal from Advanced is the keyboard shortcut configuration panel in the settings. It gives both a good overview over the existing shortcuts and lets you customize them if you don't like the defaults.
In general, I prefer ST Universal's settings window over Advanced, as it offers more options and it also has extensive descriptions which are like an integrated tutorial.
Keyboard shortcut overview / configuration and better settings window would certainly be nice to have (one thing I like to do is set page navigation to the arrow keys, for instance), but as development time seems to be in short supply and because this doesn't improve your processing results, it's probably not important.
