Where is the ESPlorer.jar file for install? #79

I cant find the .jar file so I can install ESPlorer

sorry, new to getting this 8266 working. I got the blink working, but not much afeter that . Im trying to install ESPlorer and haveing issues. How do I install? I dont know what #78 means??

i found the file as above but wont open
