I would like to ask if its possible to select only Tumor-Normal paired samples or Tumor-Metastatic?

Hi Kate,

Thank you for the question, currently, it is not possible to have this filter for the Tumor, Normal, and Metastasis comparison. But thank you for the idea we will include it in the next update. For paired tumor and normal comparison you can use the "TN-plot: compare Tumor and Normal" option.
