Change:

during installation, generate safe default secrets if they were left unchanged
ask user to enter ip2location key if left unchanged prior to installation
write secrets to stdout at end of installscript and to their config files in the config directory
the cloned repo is not modified neither are secrets willingly printed to the install lgos
