Many organizations use Campaign Links in their email blasts which pre-populate a supporters information into the Engaging Networks page. The user's email does not need to be revalidated with NeverBounce and we can bypass that check completely for them. If the user does change their email, then the normal NeverBounce validation behavior will begin again.
