support creation of Dexterity content #17

The docs say any Archetypes FTI content type is supported... so no Dexterity support?

Dexterity is supported, but it seems that the readme is not up to date.

For dexterity support make sure to use the dexterity extra requirements by using ftw.inflator [dexterity] as dependency in your setup.py or buildout configuration.
