update imports for Plone 5

When using ftw.blueprints ftw.inflator is required, so I updated the imports to work in Plone 5 (see https://github.com/4teamwork/ftw.blueprints/pull/23)

We need to keep supporting Plone 4 here too, see discussion in https://github.com/4teamwork/ftw.blueprints/pull/23 . See the example there :wink:

This PR should be removed. The code is behind and a more recent fix is now in #28
