Drop support for Plone 4.2 #34

Clone the repo to your computer
Remove all mentions of Plone 4.2 (setup.py, README, etc.)
Remove the file test-plone-4.2.x.cfg
Add an entry in the file docs/HISTORY.txt
Open a pull request
