Developing when installed in simplelayout #24

Since we don't have many types in ftw.packages I make use of a simplelayout page having ftw.linkchecker installed. Therefore on this branch there will be many different little changes.

@maethu as discussed I now remove status codes 200 from the the link report and restricted the link tracking on href/src attributes excluding resolveuids, plone_control_panel and links starting with @@.

@maethu I opened issues or fixed the requested. Could you please look at it again so we can move on with the other pulls?
