Add functionality for fetching external link info #3

The file urls_testing.py will be removed as soon as there is another source providing the urls. There is an issue ( #2 ) so one doesn't forget about.

@jone 7b84c3f555671fd081a6fee2e457009e40961020 I had to fix this to be able to buildout. This might be a problem in many projects, since I got the code from bobtemplates.
