Comment in Report if link goes to parent link `/../../something` #40

Right now link relatively navigating back like /../../some/link will be listed in the link report since we this is not a desired thing. Still we should comment it as working but not so great.

We decided not to report these links, because there were many of them and they do work in common browsers.
