Refactoring of modules and tests. #80

Since this package was written with little knowledge of Plone it was necessary to split the spaghetti code into modules and adapt some methods.
As a consequence also the tests had to be refactored.

Still not satisfactory is the module accumulator. I opened an issue in https://github.com/4teamwork/ftw.linkchecker/issues/79 to clean up there in a later step.

I either created a separate issue to look at things closer or fixed the suggested things. Thanks a lot for your reviews!

I ran the check for a live DB again and think we should be ready to go now.
